The ANC logo is a black African shield in the form of a pointed oval with a narrow white border and canton, the latter bearing six narrow black horizontal bars, surmounted in the centre by a spear erect the shaft white bearing a narrow black vertical line and the blade facetted vertically, white and black, held by a right hand issuant from behind an eight-spoked wheel set to the viewer's right, both white, the rim and spaces between the spokes of the wheel, black, flotant from the upper shaft of the spear and partly surmounting the wheel, a horizontal tricolour, comprising from top to bottom, equal bands of black, green and gold.

• Printed on the highest-quality SABS-approved bunting material, so your flag will last longer.
• Screen-printing means that the ink goes all the way through the material and fades slower.
• Most flags are available in the Standard-Sized (180cm x 120cm) for use on outdoor and indoor poles, or the Storm-Sized flag (90cm x 60cm) for high-wind conditions, unless otherwise specified.

How to buy

• How do I pay?

  Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or with a Credit Card. We will send you payment details once you have compiled your order. Payment is required before delivery.

• Do you deliver, and how long will it take?

  Flag Kit delivers anywhere in South Africa.
  Standard delivery is via courier company and usually takes around a week, and costs R75.

• Can you get flags to us more urgently?

  Yes. We can move your order up the queue and push production. This will incur a surcharge on the price of your flags.

• Is there a discount for bulk orders of flags?

  Yes. 10% for 50 or more, 15% on 100 or more.

• What if I want a special size flag?

  The general rule in many flags is that they must stay in proportion and not be 'edited'. For example the proportion of 3:2 is standard for country flags and we will not print the red in the SA flag in pink and thereby change it. Custom flags you can obviously do what you like.

• Can you deliver flags overseas?

  We do on occasion deliver to the U.K (generally for expats). It costs around R200 via the post office and we unfortunately cannot guarantee safe delivery. You will need to take up any delivery problems directly with the post office.

• Where can I buy these flags from a physical shop?

  You can't - generally. That is why we exist and are here to help.

• Do you sell Manchester United flags etc.?

  No. Most sports flags are copyrighted and we don't have the rights to sell them.

• Can I collect from your offices?

  We are an online retail company so we generally deliver via door-to-door courier for R75 anywhere in the country. We can however make exceptions if you live right by us or are in urgent need of your flags and can't wait for delivery.

• How long will it take for delivery of my poles?

  Poles go on road freight due to their size. If you are on a major route (e.g. N1, N2) it could be as quick as 1 or 2 days but allow for up to 5.

• How much will pole delivery cost?

  Once again it depends on where you live, the more remote the more it will cost. It also obviously depends on the size and number of poles in your order. As an example, one 6m pole to Johannesburg will cost around R200, two 6m poles to Nelspruit costs around R400. Delivery in Cape Town is free.
